We cover both business and IT systems development within our chosen industries. NFS consultants possess indepth industry knowledge with a particular focus on reliability, a proactive drive to solve problems, flexibility and an ability to build bridges between business management, ICT and vendors. Our project managers have typically both industry and project management certificates.
Development and program management
Our customers typically find us, reflecting our focus on a select few key industries, a highly competent partner for new business development, pre-studies, vendor evaluations and for making the development recommendations for final decision-making.
We are often also involved in project planning and project portfolio management. Our indepth industry know-how usually translates into a common language across project business owners, in-house ICT and third-party vendors.
Project management
Our project managers have extensive experience in a wide range of projects in different technology and application environments with one common denominator, our chosen industries such as investment services and card & payment processing.
We are interested in systems and business development projects, our roles can easily be aligned to optimally fit customers' needs and we can either apply our own development methods or adapt ourselves to in-house standards.
IT / ICT
We provide application development or technical resources to customer projects, based on the technical capabilities within our development team. We communicate easily with business managers in the industries we focus on and are a reliable, hands-free partner to ICT management and other vendors.
